Besides the ones you mentioned there are The World of Ice and Fire that is a companion book and "The Princess and the Quenn", "The Rogue Prince" and "The sons of the Dragon" novellas, but this is basically the same stuff you will find in Fire&Blood. You only missed The World of Ice and Fire which is a history book for asoiaf.
Read the main series first. Then you can read the Dunk and Egg novels, which are prequels, but you won't understand much if you haven't read the main series.
